A honey sommelier transforms tasting into a sensorial experience — like a wine flight, but with rare, single-origin honeys. Guests explore aroma, texture, and flavor while learning the story of the bees and blooms behind each pour. Each tasting includes a curated flight of 4–6 honeys from around the world, paired with seasonal accompaniments like cheeses, breads, or fruits.
